Hello! I’m Becki. I direct the development of pioneering digital learning solutions using emerging technology and delivery innovations to position Abundant Sun’s JuJuBee at the forefront of digital learning.
As a senior leadership development and talent management leader, I am a disruptive thinker. I enjoy challenging the norm to drive better, more innovative approaches and ultimately results. Encouraging expansive exploration of concepts to ensure the right intervention is designed to drive the best outcome is what I do best. I’m obsessive about creating diverse and inclusive teams that challenge conventional thinking and approaches to drive disruptive innovation, change and advantage.
I have a consulting and business management background, having worked across multiple organizations in the private and public sectors. More recently focusing on how to design digital learning that is immersive and interactive – I don’t like boring! I love learning. I am registered with the BPS and accredited in a number of psychometrics.
