Hello I’m Andrew. I’m Abundant Sun’s Data Wizard and have been working in the areas of management science, DEI and organizational culture change for over 30 years.

I am interested in diagnostic and measurement frameworks that focus upon the scientific analysis of DEI, culture and other human capital data. So in other words, I specialize in providing research, analysis, strategy development, and advice on the direction, implementation and success of cultural change programs based on robust and empirical evidence through data.

I have extensive expertise in DEI, HR and Culture reporting, and oversee the development and implementation of employee engagement surveys, customer advocacy scores, pay equity audits, and predictive HR analytics and often use advanced methodologies and modelling techniques to effectively help and guide our clients.

I’m skilled in the use of IBM Statistics/SPSS, JASP, Jamovi, DataGraph and Wizard to name a few of the packages I use. At one end of the scale I have worked with small organizations providing small surveys with only around 30 or 40 individual respondents; right through to projects involving huge datasets consisting of well over 10 million pieces of individual data.

I’ve delivered analytics for a wide range of clients including many pay equity audits, medical patient outcomes for a health authority, retention rates of minority and under-represented groups within the police service, and disparities with performance, grievance and disciplinary rates within a government agency.   Additionally, I’ve conducted a large range of employment surveys with respondents all over the globe including the UK and EU, the US and Canada, South America, and the Middle East and Asia. Before working with Abundant Sun, I was the senior diversity and inclusion manager for Lloyds Banking Group. Whilst in that role, Lloyds achieved the number one position in every major diversity benchmark in the UK.
