Erin Riley works at Vermont Housing & Conservation Board as a Housing Analyst, evaluating affordable housing applications from across the state and making funding recommendations for board action. In this role, Erin works closely with housing nonprofit developers. Erin has worked on a variety of projects at VHCB from housing individuals experiencing homelessness to recovery residences. Erin is very excited to be part of the Housing Jam as it brings community members, housing providers, and funders into conversation together to collectively work towards increasing racial equity and expanding access to housing for all Vermonters. Erin lives in Plainfield with her partner Ehren and their senior kitty Iggy.
