Understanding the laws that govern us is crucial to commercial and personal
development. We inform people about current and future legislation that shapes
industry, such as: UK-based anti-discrimination law The Human Rights Act, The
Equality Bill, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, The Corporate Responsibility Bill, and many
others.

We work actively to move people beyond ‘political correctness’. We believe it is most important to teach people political awareness, and the analytical and critical thinking skills required for sound, ethical decision making.

Discrimination is often a barrier to justice. Rather than teaching people they should not discriminate, Abundant Sun teaches people to use powers of discrimination to elevate rather than to oppress humanity. Instead of teaching people not to discriminate, our approach is to teach people how to discriminate in a healthy, productive way.

Abundant Sun’s training programme enables people to more fully understand and appreciate social complexity. We work closely with organisations to help them identify how best to respond to their internal and external stakeholders when addressing issues of cultural diversity and social justice.

Diversity is a much used and much misunderstood word. Many diversity initiatives fall down because they only define diversity in terms of multiculturalism. If diversity as a concept is going to go the distance, and be worth the money invested in it, then the definition needs to be far-reaching.

Abundant Sun helps clients to stay focused on the big picture and to define diversity in terms of change, complexity, uncertainty and chaos. It is at this point that it becomes important to understand diversity in relation to natural laws, not just manmade laws.
