Geraldine Bown

training and inspirational presentations. She was awarded an ASTD Excellence in Practice citation in 2007 for her Diversity work with PepsiCo in over 30 countries. 

A former President of the European Women's Management Development Network, she specialises in empowerment and leadership programmes for women.  She is a recipient of the 2011 World of Difference 100 awards given by the International Alliance of Women (TIAW). The awards recognise 100 achievers from 27 countries for their efforts in advancing the economic empowerment of women locally, regionally or worldwide. Geraldine provides audio programmes and online coaching for women, and leadership programmes and executive retreats in Connemara Ireland. 

Sarah Johnson

Project Manager/Policy-Writer

Sarah Johnson
Sarah, with a BA (Hons) in Interdisciplinary Human Studies, has a proven track-record of success and substantial expertise in leadership and management.  She has high-level analysis, evaluation and communication skills, and extensive experience of: developing and implementing quality improvement strategies; policy development; and change management. Her key concerns are effectively embedding equality, diversity and inclusion across business functions and impact assessing policies and procedures.

With in-depth knowledge of Ofsted inspection requirements, she provides strategic support to our clients within the education sector.

Lou Yates

Actor/Facilitator/Voice Coach

Louise studied Landscape Architecture at the University of Sheffield, gaining a B.Sc and Master of Arts, before moving into professional theatre
Yates
& television performance. For the past 20 years she has worked widely as an actress in both theatre & television, touring Britain & the USA in a broad range of theatrical genres and styles.

During this time she has also developed her role-play skills with several companies, specialising in improvised and forum-style acting. As a highly experienced facilitator and coach, she is instrumental in designing scenarios for learning & development purposes. She also provides one-to-one voice and presentation skills for individuals who wish to develop their confidence through vocal development.

Ian Sanders

Actor/Facilitator

Ian has been working as a corporate roleplayer for over 15 years, having previously been both a professional actor and an I.T. manager for a City insurance company.

Ian designs experiential training events, and works as a facilitator and consultant. He is involved in training programmes which address aspects of performance management, and is a practitioner and teacher of delivering feedback in a coaching style. Pradeep Jey

Pradeep trained at Rose Bruford College, works as a corporate facilitator, roleplayer, actor and director. He works at all levels, in both the public and private sectors, on a wide variety of

programmes, including communication skills and diversity awareness courses. He is co-artistic director of the theatre company A Monkey With Cymbals, a member of the Arts Committee and Board at the Space, and an associate director for Arc Theatre for Change.

Kate McKenzie

film. She has worked in forum theatre for 10

Outside of her corporate work, she performs internationally with The Popcorn Club , a circus and music-based entertainment company.  Combining her talents as an actor, yoga teacher, life coach and vocal trainer, Kate provides practical support and guidance in work-life balance and health & well-being programmes.

Wayne Perrey

Actor/Facilitator

Wayne Perrey
Wayne is a professional actor, and a key member of Abundant Sun's forum theatre team. He is highly experienced at working with corporate clients on diversity and well-being programmes, and also contributes to corporate video production.

He has been in numerous original West End shows, including, Rent, Lautrec, Peggy Sue Got Married (with Ruthie Henshall) and Bombay Dreams. His latest show was playing the romantic lead opposite Shilpa Shetty in Miss Bollywood at the Royal Albert Hall. He has played a number of leading parts on tv series, including, Holby City, Doctors, The Chase and Dalziel and Pascoe where he played the regular detective Parvez Lateef for over two and a half years.

Mark Heenehan

Mark is a professional actor with a wealth of experience in corporate role play, forum theatre

and video training. For the past 8 years, he has been a key contributor to diversity and inclusion programmes. He has appeared in many productions in London’s West-end, The Royal 
National Theatre
 and has toured throughout England and Europe. He has also appeared in feature films, television and is an accomplished and much sought after voice over artist.  Originally from New Jersey, U.S.A., he has lived in London since 1983.
